The sheaths I see from JB Woods look really good. Especially like the suede lined one.

Look at my pic, or maybe your 110, and you can see where the rivet from the stock pouch has scraped into the wood finish on the top knife.

Have to guess that the JBW's are well made and will stand up many years. And, from what I read, it seems that no metal hits the knife...so no scale chaffing (I hope),
Is there a source that some of you may have used for a HORIZONTAL version?

What, in your opinion, are the benefits of VERTICAL or HORIZONTAL?

Thanks for your advice/opinions...
Me.

I carried a 110 and a 277 horizontal this past hunting season. Never once had to reach back and make an adjutment as I was getting in the truck. No.. didn't carry them at the same time..:D

It's almost like they wern't there.

I bought one from jack ,I think it was his 124 model with the Marine Corps emblem on it.It fits my schrade lb-7 better than my 110.Jack is agreate guy to deal with a real class act.........bigfish.

Thanks! Seems like Jack is the man to deal with. I trust your recommendations.
A specfic question I had on the "pouch style" is do they hold the knife snugly, and especially the horizontal version...if I'm like riding down the highway on my scoot. Need a snug fit and was wondering, over time, do they (pouches) loosen up over time to the point that the knife will simply fall out?
You have all taught me much...Buck Yodas.
Sincere Thanks,
Me.
