Went to North Park area first part of this week to do some fishing, camping and scouting.

Saw lots of game, elk(all on private land:mad:), moose, fox, deer, ducks and LGBs(little grey bird:D).

Caught a lot of fish(only kept a few), mostly stock rainbows, but as you see in the pic a few german browns, on lures like Mepps, Panther Martin and Daredevil. Fished mainly the stream...very windy on the reservoir. Wind didn't calm down 'til about dark.

I only remembered that my cell phone had a camera towards the end of the trip...then spent(fishing) time figuring out how to use it...correctly:p. It's taken me two days to get this pic from the cell phone to the confuser(PC). Preston

Now there is something fishy about your knife. Nice picture, nice knife, nice fish.

Pjsjr, nice fish and a good looking stag 110 FG... It makes me want to go fishing... It's been about 5 years... ... I need to go soon... :( ... ITE

Thanks for your replies, much appreciated:).

FWIW the phone is an LG VX 8360. The 110 is a 1994 I had that was not getting much use...I wanted a FG stag user so sent the knife to 'the master' Leroy(2005) and he did his magic.

I've touched up the edge since Leroy's work and it made short work of those trout...fishy yes, and some other stuff(game) also.

I like using it:D. Preston

PJ, Thanks for the photos . Did the finger grooves give you a better grip on the knife even with fish slime on your hands ? DM

Hi David, yes and but as you most likely know stag is grippy when wet so the FG added to that. Preston

PJ, Well, thats the real test and if it seemed to help --- all the better . I've thought the same about mine . But could have just been me ... Nice catch of Trout . Thanks . DM
