I have a 110, just the standard model. Got it from Gander Mtn a few years back. When it's closed, the blade is way off to one side. So much so, that it actually contacts one side of the handle as it closes. Do you guys know of anyway to fix this?

I have 2 others, one is the BCCI custom with the g-10 scales, and the other is one of those eBay knives with the black and white basketweave scales (1 of 400!), and both of them are dead center when closed.

Is this worth sending back to buck to have fixed? I'll try and post some pics this evening when I'm back at home.

The blade should not touch the frame or liner on any folder when closed. I do not work on knives so if it were mine I'd send it to Buck for warranty work or replacement.

A blade can be slightly off-center and still function properly as long as there is no wobble when in the locked or open position. But when it hits the frame or liner when closed, that is not functioning properly.

Yes, it should not contact the inside of the case. Something needs to be looked at on that 110 of yours. I would definitely send it in to the warranty department.
