Hello all, well I got this Clear handle 110 with a Damascus blade from Leroy the other day, finally... I had him make this one for me... One of a kind... The only one he's ever made like it... I couldn't wait till Friday... So here she is, in all her Glory...
Thanks for looking... ITE ...

I need Oregon to take some good pics of this one... :)

Unique and very cool. Kind of a pinnacle of the Bucklite style knives.
You should have titled your thread, "110 Damascus....A must see-through." lol

I guess that's one of the benefits of living in Leroy's backyard! :) Those clear handles open the door to some really cool customization possibilities. I can see a whole series of them in your future!

Wow, I like that a lot, what are the handles made of?

Are they terribly slick or is it alright?

That's really cool! so is that actually made by Buck, or is it just a buck pattern and that's why named that way. just wondering if their custom shop will actually make them with damascus blades. I think it would look really good in something with bolsters and wood handles, the blade then being a surprise. pewter bolsters and ebony handles maybe.

Wow, thats a great custom Armand! I love how everything can be "displayed"!! Pics are nice too!
Thanks for sharing, especially early in the week! :D

Well my friend, thats gotta be everything you hoped it would be. Couldnta turned out any better I figger. That deserves a special place in the new cabinet for sure....or in your pocket:D

A beautifully made transparent bulletproof showcase handle for that bombastic raindrop damascus blade. Leroy is a genius. Great combination of blade and handle you artistic creative fellow you. Remember the golden, treated to stay sharp, blades in some of the titanium limited run folders. That golden blade would look good too I betcha in the King's clothes handle.

That knife is wicked! Great way to show off the nifty Damascus blade without even having to open the knife =P

I've got a couple of those LR custom 110's with bullet proof glass handles and I love 'em....but I love yours MORE!!!

Thanks Dago Red, it's was made by Leroy Remer an ex-Buck-employee... He was Bucks first Custom knife maker... Buck does not have a Custom shop anymore... Leroy used to make these for most of there salesman... I have some 110s already with Damascus blades... I just wanted something really different and this is different... ... ITE
