110 Fg or regular?

Judgement call and personal preference. The answers you will get on this subject will be all over the map. I happen to like the finger grooves myself, but the vast majority of my 110's don't have them.
 
I wear a large size glove, but my hand size isn't the reason I like the finger grooves.
 
Yeah i'm going to chop this one up to hell we love them both, no one answer is ever the answer, and if we had the cash we would just get more custom 110s! lol. or at least I would.
 
They were eventually offered as an upgrade and with a brown sheath. They give me better control of the knife and more secure handling. I don't know that it changes the look of the knife so much, I just like the feature and feel. So, for me if I'm going to use the knife I want them on it. DM
 
I prefer them with grooves as well. Most of mine do not have finger grooves.
I would say you need at least 2 of each handle style. ;)
 
OP, I prefer FG's because they feel more like a part of my hand rather than an extention for superior grip and manuvering. having said that, I own both and would not pass up a Custom with either. I personally like the looks of the FG's knives a little more but thats me. Lots of good input here for you to chew on.:thumbup:
 
When I got my first 110, I got it at Wally World. The same day I went to a local surplus store to check out a couple other knives I was considering. I saw a finger grooved 110 in the case and was curious, so I asked to see it. The knife just melted in my hand. It was just amazing. I bought the 110FG and immediately went back to Wally World to return the regular 110. I ended up liking the grooves enough that when I bought myself a 112, I went straight for the finger grooved version.

My hand size is small though. I'm guessing those with larger hands may not find the grooves as comfortable or well fitting.
 
I like them both. You need to go where you can test drive oth types and pick what you like best.

I have 110s with and without, and honestly dont carry any of them often but when I do it`s the FG. Looks good and feel just great in my hand.
