110 LT drop point, but flat grind

I see that Copper and Clad has Buck 110 LT's drop points for sale, red handles( a personal favorite), but they're flat ground. I was thinking about getting one, bit the flat grind has me hesitating. Will this cut as well as a hollow ground version, or am I over thinking this ?
Any comments or thoughts on this are welcome.

It’s hard for me to choose any blade grind over Buck’s hollow ground blades but I have no practical reason for that. I simply like how they do their hollow grinds.

I know that’s not much help but I felt compelled to comment nonetheless.

should be a good slicer in the flat ground as the blade stock on the this knife isn't really thick...

I use mine at work and I really don't notice a difference between it and the hollow grind. Of course, you will have to get one and report your findings. I'm not a reliable source of information.
