110 orientation in sheath.

That's the way I carry my 112's except being right handed, the knife is turned around with the blade facing to the right. But yeah, front bolster up is how I do it.

I carry it with the big bolster up, tip down, blade facing back, on my weak (left) side, since I usually have my gun on my right side.
If the big (rear) bolster is up, it can’t be tip down. The tip end of the blade folds into the rear bolster. Big bolster on top has to be tip up.

Looks like I'm the minority here. Nevertheless, I felt compelled to take some pics. I don't carry a 110 but here's how I carry my 112's when I use a sheath.

Pivot up, tip down, carried on my right hip.

Here's the grip I have on the knife as I pull it out of the sheath.

Then I rotate my wrist upward and let the handle fall into the palm of my hand. Ready to deploy the blade.

The orientation of the 110 in the original post would work the same way for a left handed person carrying on his or her left hip.

Right hand the Right Way!! 😁
John 😎
Ditto.

As as side note, I love your LT, and should have taken it's orange brother or an 112LT camping this weekend with my son. I had a 112 on my belt, but it was pretty rainy and humid here. Between sweating through my belt, and getting rained on a few times, the brass got a little funky looking.
