Here's some better pics of a 110 I got some time back and never did find out anything about it... My son has a 500 that I posted on here and some one said it looks like Santa Fe knives did it... But never did see any like it or mine... And here's a kool Knarly Stag handle Bowen #R1306 that I bought... I don't know anything about it either and couldn't find it in any book I have... I did see a different model on the bay... Does anyone know anything about it... I know it's not a Buck but I couldn't pass it up... If it has Stag or just looks good to me, I'll buy it... Thanks for looking....

The 110 certainly looks like it was done by Sante Fe Knife Works. I don't know anything about the Bowen.

from everything i could find on the web:

that is a bowen remington knife from the 70's. NIB retail $125-150(today's value). it seems rare.

bowen knife company is still around. they have since branched off into a more 'tactical' type of knife. you could try contacting them for more info. either way, it sure is nice.

Thanks biggerjon, for all the infomation about the Bowen... It's beautiful knife that's for sure... When I saw the stag handles, I had to have it... I never had a Bowen before... Thanks again...

Tin Sue, I was thinking it was made by Santa Fe Knife Works too but after looking at alot of there knives... I haven't seen any like these two... The ex-employee said she couldn't remember who made it but she thought it was a sample or a demo and so was the 500 with an Indian on a horse that my son got from her... It's still a cool 110 either way...

Thanks,

Armand,

Here is one I took this pic from the photo thread. It's Clydetz's Santa Fe Stone works knife.
