I thought I would do a pic of my 110 after being cleaned up. The brass is pretty, but you really gotta stay on top of it to keep it looking that way.

Good looking knife! I use Mother's Mag Wheel and Aluminum polish and it seems to keep the brass looking good longer. Also, I have found if the brass is in contact with my skin, like in open top sheath, the brass will tarnish quicker.

I find nothing brings up the shine on Buck brass for me like Flitz, then a quick rub with Rennassaince wax keeps it looking good longer.
 
Thanks guys. Getting it clean is the easy part, I will try your suggestions to keep it that way.
 
Y'know, it's weird but the brass on my older (mid-80s) 112 stays shiny longer and can withstand fingerprints a lot better than the brass on my new 110. But brass is brass... or is it?
