I remember seeing a 110 with a Buck USA shield on the scale but I don't see that on the regular models. Is that some special edition? Also all these talks about PCKS 110s, do they have some kind of distinctive markings to show their special origin? Many thanks.

John,
I do not remember a 110 with buck USA on the inlay. Maybe someone else does? Most of the knives from PCKS have Designer's choice on the blade stamp.
Take care,

John,
Perhaps you saw a 110 Master Series knife? These were available with a very distinctive green checkered Diamondwood handle. There was a round medallion inset in this handle with the words BUCK KNIVES MASTER SERIES. The blade was made of BG-42 and is stamped Buck / 110MSU / USA on one side and MASTER SERIES on the other. THESE KNIFES ARE GREAT and quite the find!!! Let me know where you saw it at if you aren't interested. :D Peace,
Mike B

Thanks for the replies. Yes, after looking through some old catalogues, it was indeed the master series I was thinking of. Unfortunately I saw the knife in '99 and back then I was not in the position to think about my sporting life. I called the store where I saw it but they were all gone. I had to drown my sorrow with a Centennial 110 instead, that got a nice medallion on it. Cruel world.... God bless.
