I just noticed the dealer in the mountains has this listed for $49.99. S30V straight clip with brass bolsters but it doesn’t say what species of wood. I’m tempted.

Went and looked. It was there and then it was gone. Get a page cannot be found message now. Either it sold out really quick, or was a mistake and they pulled the page.

O.B.

Just saw their short video on YouTube. Not seeing them on their website. Am I blind or are they gone already?

I bought one in S30V a couple weeks ago and it was twice the cost. Someone hopefully got a heck of a deal.

The youtube video is still there and has a link to the page which cannot be found. Usually they just change it to not available (out of stock). 🤷‍♂️

I love a 'Bargain Buck' and get a lot of joy when I find one. It's a real problem for me now after collecting since 2007. I compare the deals now from the early years and simply because of inflation they don't look as good..but are.

Looks like this same knife is back but without the Boone and Crockett label, and with a burgundy sheath instead of light brown.

I don't like that blade shape on the Slims, but I don't like it even more on the traditional 110 brass frame.
I feel the exact same way, but it looks even worse than I ever could have imagined in this picture.
There's some weird fuzziness around the edge and tip of the blade making it look even worse, I'm not sure what's up with the picture though.

That poor image quality is partly because I had to crop the knife out of the stock image on the non-supporting vendor's website. They have their logo plastered all around the image. It doesn't look as bad on their website, of course they're all gone now.
