110's with NS bolsters

I just received a new 110 (box dated 07/02/09) with a date stamp for 2009. All the handle pins and the pivot pin is also NS. Since the catalog only lists the 110's as having brass bolsters, I assume that the NS bolstered models must be made for some other vendor.

Am I correct in assuming that and if so, does anyone know who they are produced for?
