1990 & 1991 seems to be a year when Buck used some interesting handle materials on production 110's. I have a red jigged bone 110X, a brown jigged bone 110X, a grey smooth bone 110X and a white smooth bone 110+. My questions are (1) What other handle materials, if any, were used on production 110's during this time period and (2) Were any 112's made with the above listed bone handles? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Were any 112's made with the above listed bone handles?

There were 400 of the 112s with smooth white bone handles manufactured in the 1990-91 period. The catalog # was 8197 and the MSRP was $90.00.

This information comes from research done by Joe Houser that he posted in the thread "Hey, Joe" in May of this year.

jjar,
I did a quick look for 110's in 1990 and 1991 and found a bunch. In standard blades we were offering the following:
110 stag, cat.#257, 110 brown bone, cat. #1694, 110 red bone, cat. #1777, 110E5, 3 color Eagle with laminated red inlays, cat.#1684. In damascus blades we were offering:
110 brown bone damascus, cat.#1787, 110 red bone damascus, cat.#1788, and 110 stag damascus, cat.#1684. In addition to these, there were several done with Dave Yellowhorse inlays.
I hope this is helpful.
