111 NS Bolster Question

Question..Just received my 111 limited run NS Bolsters that came half brass half NS (probably wouldn't have bought had they advertised it properly) anyway. The spine/spring is not completely flush it is slightly raised in the closed position. Is this normal?

on 110s I have some like that. minor not flush, I mean. if there isn't any hindrance with use and feel I dont mind but if it bothers you sure buck would address it for ya.
