111mm Scale Question

Do the red and black and green 111mm scales:
1) Fit the Hercules?

2) Have the slots for the toothpick and tweezers?

3a) Snap on or glue on?
3b) If glue on, what glue is needed? I have some MM MOBIEL T-8000. Will that work or do I need something else?
