Beautiful.

I predict people will be asking you if you would consider parting with that one.

:)

Dang sitflyer....you are doing some nice work!!

It's a good thing too because I don't think the old handle would be easy to put back. :)

What's next??

LOL ...LOL...They don't give up their scales too easy;)
Nothing on the plate next ...Got some stained glass to work on to keep the better half happy....Honey dues...:)

Hi Sit,

Wow, this looks great! Thank you for the project photos. I think Buck should take note of the custom version....I'd buy one in a heart beat.

Sitflyer....I just went back and looked at your before and after pictures again and there is a HUGE improvement on the looks of that 113!!

Yeahhh! That's lookin' good!
jb4570, you're right; that would make an excellent addition to the Custom Shop. If they decided to add their more "traditional" fixed blades, I know I would certainly buy a couple... 113, Vanguard, even Gen-5.
...really, I guess I just don't like the Alpha Hunter very much... ;)

Lookin Good Sit. I really like that wood. What a practical knife the 113 is too hey?

You've inspired me to pull out one the 113's I bought too long ago.

Thanx Jerad...Yes the 113 is an all out great design...One thing gained by the open grained wood is a vastly improved grip. And the shape of the handle offers versatile grip positions. The thing that sold me on the 113 is the blade grind. Very usefull for many purposes...

That's some great work there I realy think Buck should put their 113 in their custom shop it's an excellent platform for modifications.
