119 and 192 Construction

Can anyone please tell me what the construction of the 119 and 192 is. I own both for about 10 years now and love them, but after reading so many threads regarding knife design I became curious as to how these Bucks are made. Some points that interest me are tang, metal, handle attachment, butt cap, handle care (wood). Thanks.
 
Additionally, cbastian, the pommel of the 192 is epoxied and screwed on...
