Blem #1 -- 15 inch 22 ounce Ang Khola by Amtrak kami. Epoxy fix crack in horn handle. Yangdu says the crack is pretty nasty so she's letting this one go for $50 delivered -- 40% of regular retail. Pretty decent deal for a pretty decent rib by a pretty decent kami.

Blem #2 -- Dead on spec BAS by Bura at 15 inches and 1.25 pounds. Only thing that keeps this from being perfect is a small superglue fix crack in horn handle. At $50 it has to be an UBBB. Bura made.

Blem #3 -- 13 inch 13 ounce Balance by Sher with all usual Sher features. Perfect khukuri but scabbard took a hit during shipping and split. Wire wrap or Terry Sisco for new scabbard. At $40 it's another UBBB.

Blem #4 -- 12 inch 12 ounce Ang Khola by Kesar. Looks like our oldest employee may be back in the fold. Yangdu says it's a very good rig but there is a grind mark on the handle so she's priced it at another UBBB price of $40.

No calls, please. Email to get any or all of these daily Christmas specials.

If I hadn't gotten a 12" AK the other week, I'd be all over this one:). I sure hope Kesar is back. He is a great Kami. The Khukuris I've that he made are among my favorites. :)

Whew... nothing that rang my bells. Three checks in three days sent to HI would start to get noticed :D:D

I don't know whether you have any of the 12"AK's but if not you are going to love that little work horse. I have an HI by Bura and a Villager by Kumar and I love them both. I like it because if there is a job where the knife might get scared up a bit I can always use the villlager and not worry about the scares. I have a BAS by Kesar. The man makes some very good khuks.:)

This will be my first 12" AK. I'm looking forward to getting it. Just came back from seeing my dad after a Doctor's appointment and he said he wanted me to help him chop up some kindling and split smaller pieces he has stacked up in the yard. I think this will be the opportunity to check this little baby out. Thanks for the vote of confidence.
