12” contact wheel for Bader 3?

Hey guys,

I’m looking for a reasonably priced 12 x 2” contact wheel to fit a Bader 3.

Bader uses a .625 shaft inside the bearing.

I’d prefer smooth, but could go serrated. Not going to get high volume use…..

Any ideas other than OEM - which are great but pricey?

I realize you can’t post links…..but suggestions would be great!

Try Sunray.

An alternative to an exact fit wheel is to get a low-cost import wheel from eBay or Amazon and drill/tap the other end of one of your tool arms to fit the 12mm shaft bolt. They only cost around $100 for a 12" wheel.

If you are going the import route, you can also get wheels with 5/8" bearings directly, e.g., from Rams Bralin via aliexpress.
