The YBB 12"AK from 06/12 arrived today. Great looks. Couple strokes either side with a butcher's steel brought forth an arm-hair shaving edge. This relatively little Khuk somehow makes me think of a Jack Russell terrier. May not get to go thru it's paces for a while tho, got called for jury duty tomorrow.

I think you just got the most practical camping/trail blade in the H.I. arsenal. Big enough, small enough, light enough, tough enough.

Others may have their preferences, but as I notice, a lot of folks who tramp the trails end up preferring the 12in AK.

I know you will be happy with it.
