LOL Bruise, didn't even think about the labels on the ruler. I must have taken 10 pics trying to get the lighting correct. Outside, inside with the light coming thru the storm door. THAN downloading to the computer from the DC and not losing it.

My son gave this AOL's PhotoCam LCD DC to me for XMAS. It downloads it to a MGE PhotoSuite Program. THAN its too big to post so have to convert to jpeg. Finally , can do it some of the time but not all the time. Guess, I'll just have to practice, practice, practice, until it becomes routine. Even tried to transfer the pics to an IFran program. BOY, do I have alot to learn. :(

Yes Sanded down, one light coat of half and half linseed oil and turp with a little bit of truoil in it. Than (so far) 3 coats of truoil. Close up of handle would show some really nice wood grain mixes. I figured for a user and not a display piece, the 4 coats would be enough to protect the handle.

Notice the difference in handle lengths to the knife end of the bolster? I took the measurements last night, but didn't write them down. If anyone is interested can remeasure and post.

Yes Lcs, I would like to see the measurements and weights, if it's not too much trouble. The bottom one looks nice. I like the short handle. That's a nice family portrait.

Red, I edited the original post at top to include the specs.

I had them in columns by Kumar, Bura, Sher, with the spec listed under each name. However when the post comes up it runs them together. I think you can figure it out.

Me too! I had them all nicely separated , organized, on my post, than when I submit it, it goes together. I don't know of a way to keep them separated in the colum headings. :D

The posting software removes any extra spaces.
Only one space allowed.
As spacers you must use ------ or _____ or ......... or
you get the idea.
But even then, it's hard to get it formatted exactly,
due to automatic variable spacing.

Thanks ddean! I learn something new every day. Who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks.:D

Thanks Dean. Had to try to do it by myself. Have to learn from experience and its pitfalls. :) Appreciate the help and insight.
