A day or two back I posted a question about etching. My question and more was answered. However, during the responces another interest arose.

For those that etch their blades, please: Should a man preferebly use a 12 volt or a 24 volt etching devise? It has been advised to me that 24 volts is not as good and that 12 to 12.6 is better. I understand that a variable supply is good, but should the maximum of 12 volts be preferable? I guess the question is: 12 or 24? Forget about current. Current is no problem with me on this question.

Thank you;

Roger
