O.K. I am back from the deer lease. The Buck 120 that I
got early for Christmas worked great. I used it to skin and cut up 4 more deer.
Sorry no wild Turkeys to clean.

I really like the way the 120 handles or feals in the hand. It is just the ticket
for taking out the back strap.Cutting throught the rib's and removing
the shoulders and hams. I am so glad that santa came early in Texas.

Then I got home and someone had left me a 112 Christmas knife
with Bucks signature. How about that Goose? I got 2 Bucks in one
month.
I hope that you all have a Merry Christmas.I will post the pic's
when the film comes back from Walmart.

I haven't had the free time to go to the iron bridge,
maybe after Christmas.

Thanks for the nice comments I will enjoy the toys.

That's good to hear Jeff.
How'd the 120 compare to other Bucks you have used on a buck?
How much buck could a Buck knife cut if a Buck knife could cut buck Jeff?

Silly gooser,,,,Buck knife cut all em Bucks ya wanna cut :o :D

Sounds like a good trip Jeff.

Son in law and Dad took a doe each this morning. I am supposed to be heading back out in the morning to finish up regular season. Jury Duty on Jan 2. So guess I will come back for that and get it over with versus play the postponement game.

I guess I will get back out there in time to help process the meat and get it in the freezer... They know I am bringing a new sealer mealer machene thing...They just want me for my sharp knives and toys....

Bummer on no Turks...

Maybe one of these days I'll find a user 120....:D

Well Goose, the 120 compared to the 119, is not much difference. You
don't have to stand as close to them with the 120.And it is a little different feal the 120 I like better for the back strap removel and cutting up through
the rib cage.It will reach the very bottom of the pickle jar.

120 compared to the vanguard .The curved blade of the vanguard is
shorter than the 120 but is very sharp and does a very good job on
the skinning, and cutting up of the deer.I guess the curved handle
of the vanguard and drop point causes you to use a little lower wrest angle when using it.But this difference is no a bad thing.

the 120 compaired to the 103 .I like the 103 very much for skinning them.
The curved blad is just right for that. Which makes scence i guess becouse
thats what it was made for.The 120 does a good job of it you just
don't have to stand as close.

The 120 compaired to the 110. The 110 is probly better for the skinning and
cutting around the vent, when skinning, you could do the whole deer with
the 110.It is all what you like.Long knife or shorter knife. The 120 might
be a little bit long for the first cuts, but I like it very much for the above stated chores.
The 120 makes a better statement when wearing it.:D
I guess that I am becoming a Buckaholic too.

Ride safe .
Jeff
Pack Rat , I managed to kill 2 more deer to finish out the year.Boy
it was foggy Tuesday. The buck knives preformed great. You got to
find you a 120.You will love it.:D

EEE, good luck at Tawakoni.Love the new toys.

Merry Christmas to all.
Jeff

The 120 does make a statement, that is for sure. But gets kine wierd in the back of bar stools and chairs.
I am finding that all the 119 is great for all around but I still use the 110 more often than not...
Say hi to Radar for me Hawkeye...
