122 Nemo First Model

So there has been some discussion lately on the first variations of the Buck 122 Nemo. One recently brought a very good price at auction that I think was a fair price. Of the 300-500 second variation 122's with white spacers, how many actually survived the last 44 years and remain in mint condition. I would think quite a few actually got used. How many are still around with the original box is anyone's guess. Any how, I would like to see pictures of the prototype first variation 122 if anyone is lucky enough to own one.

This is an ad from 1967. There is no hole in the pommel. I showed this to Joe and a few others and no one had seen it before. It appears to be another veration or a proto type. Just my opinion.

I have the add SKIN DIVER /April 1967 ,and the knife is under water and something is around the pommel
like a jelly fish distorting the pommel .I will try and get a clear pic later.
