124UH - I really like this knife!

I recently won this knife over on the bay. Had no real clue about the knife itself, other than model number, and that it's a commemorative for the AMVETS, of which I'm a life member (but honestly haven't been inside one for YEARS, so not really an active member). Had never seen a 124UH, so had no true idea to it's size. Well, got it in today. This knife is almost perfect for what I like to carry, and just feels good in the hand. Now I feel like I need to find one to carry. Either it, or the OT equivalent, which it looks like is the 123OT. A couple of these pics came off the auction site, since the ones I took really suck.

These are a sweet knife for sure. Nice for the pocket, and very sleek. I got my 124UH out of a small Hardware/U-Haul Truck Rental store about a year ago. I was out with my daughter one day and decided to pop in since they had a True Value sign. The place is a dump.

The knife case was very unkept, and I asked to look inside. I dug around and found a 124UH (in a 123OT Box), and three 77OT Improved Muskrats. All four were in a brown box with a white sleeve. I think I paid 25.95 for the 124UH and 21.95 apiece for the muskrats. I felt like I was robbing a bank.

Without exaggerating, I had driven past that store well over two thousand times without stopping in.
