That bargain priced Ganga Ram is really tempting too.

Gift prices indeed. $100 for a 25" khuk is amazing...

The Rose is a beauty, and that's the coolest FF ever. :D

No. Debt is good.:D

I have bought far too many knives this month . . . but they were all hard to find ones that I've been really wanting. So -- as long as you're only exceeding your discretionary budget on rare or handmade items it is okay.

I got the Cherokee Rose; I was also a tempted by that horn-handled Movie model, but I already have Khuks in that length/weight range -- still at $75 it's quite a bargain. I'd guess that its weight distribution would be similar to a Sirupati, perhaps balanced just a little farther back.

Wow. Christmas gifts for sure. Yangdu is practically giving stuff away this month. If my sword wasn't already on the way I would have been tempted on the Cherokee Rose. Wait, I was tempted, what I meant to say is that I would have pulled the trigger!

Bargains galore this month.

Wow, more great stuff at great prices. I never noticed how good those Cherokee Roses looked until now. And somebody needs to buy that movie model. I can't afford to buy knives three days in a row!

That's a great way to put it. It isn't like your buying "another knife". Your buying a beautiful handforged tool from a master artisan.

That logic would probably go over better with SWMBO!:D:D
