Lycosa - I would love to make more! Typically I only make larger single bevels for custom orders as they're a bit of a niche in a niche market.

Yes, it is a hollow. Typically, Japanese style single bevels have a hollow grind (urasuki) on the backside. The grind geometry gives great performance and easy sharpening.
