So I decided to have some fun in the kitchen making a salad the other day with my new 14. I used a bagged salad and chopped some celery and carrots to add to it. There was already some chopped onion in the fridge. I baked some breaded chicken. Then on went some shredded cheddar. I topped it off with “bistro” ranch. If you have never added ancho chili powder to your ranch before it is a must, really. The 14 was surprisingly comfortable and efficient in food prep. Love this little guy!

I love my 14 for small prep work like that too. It really is an amazing little knife. Just ordered the new scales for mine.

I swap out my 11 or my 14 but I use them all the time in the kitchen. When I get some money flowing again, I'm gonna get a 5 for in there. Might have to have it Cliched and Fisked.

things I use my EDC blades for inna day's work...I dont want it near my food unless it's only alternative LOL
