Boker Celebrates 140 Years
Lakewood, Colorado (March 3, 2009) Entering into 140 years of production gives Boker of Solingen, Germany good reason to celebrate.
The Boker facility, located in the City of Blades, Solingen, Germany, has come a long way since the storied chestnut tree was planted, giving birth to the Treebrand logo.
To celebrate this occasion, Boker will produce a series of knives that will blend the traditional foundations of Boker with the innovative design and materials coming from the most recent production.
In commemorating the year of inception, 1869, Boker will produce the flagship Camp Knife, limited to 1,869 pieces serialized and presented in special anniversary packaging. For every other month in 2009, Boker will produce a different piece that will be limited to only 140 pieces each, worldwide. A must for the serious collector!
