So I'm in the process of moving and found a knife I made a long time ago, even before I started marking / etching my knives.
It has never been used except for shaving and cutting paper in order to check sharpness
The fit and finish is not perfect which is why I won't be selling it but I'm sure it will perform well in the kitchen nonetheless and I'd be happy to see it be put to good use.
Some specs: 26C3 steel @ 64 HRC, Ebony handle, thickness of 0.15mm at 1mm behind the edge
P.S. I put wax on the blade for rust protection so better remove that before use
