Hey guys, I ran across this ad on ebay (7241518368) and was wondering if anyone had the actual knife or pics they could post or more info on it?

Hey Codger, I tried searching the forum but since I wasn't really sure what to search I didn't get anywhere. All I could think of to search was 14k gold or gold or 14k.

I was under the impression that all of the pics from before the site went down are gone.

Any suggestions on what I should try to search?

Thanks for the heads up Mike I was aware of the inquiry but until we can post pics we are sol. I have one suggestion go to collectors of Schrades are us .com Larrys, Schrade site. If you go to the collectors corner and go into LT's section ( thats me ) and go to the pic Ellenville pics 1-12 #9 shows the display having a couple of the knives and a few similar ones in the original boxes. Not a real great pic but right now all we have. I suppose I have original floppys some where but to find them, what a joke as far as pics I have everything but without my ex nothing is marked. (That was her job and we have not filled that position in the organization.) In fact since she left I do not fill anything ( except my hand ) when playing poker that is. It belongs to the ages ( so to speak ) even these would be lying around except that I sent Larry about 100 floppys and he went through them. My filing system is a large cardboard box.

Your other option is extra sensory remote viewing the display right now is about 10 feet in back of my left shoulder so concentrate and see if you can get a read off it. LT

Not exactly remote viewing, but remote hosted pictures post great. If you can e-mail a picture to me or Larry, we can host 'em and post 'em.

See?

Here are a couple of pics of the knives and the display. That you inquired about. LT

Who says an old dog cant learn new tricks?
Nice job on posting those pictures. I think you got it figured out.
Oh and the pictures are nice too. I put a 34OT in the box I got. I thought it was a fitting place for the knife since the box and knife came from the same source.

Pics look great LT thanks for going through the trouble of posting them. Your knives never cease to amaze me. Thank you for all your input into this forum and always being more than willing to help out a beginner who has a question.

Yea but, I wish I had a video of me sitting on the floor in my skivvys with a mouth full of copenhagen and a bottle of Crown . with two computers torn apart and Buster and Buddy jumping all over everything at 2 AM with me all ticked off and still getting it right. Now that was interesting . LT PS anyone looking for an experienced computer tech speciality floppy drive thingys. I still need work on the terminology.

Hey LT,

You should do a book...or maybe a CD on your specialty.

You know, like a "Collector's Guide to things that are Floppy"...:D

Your new found ability to post pictures from a hosting site has inspired me to learn that method as well, so in thanks I offer a pinch of Cope, and 4 fingers (tall, not wide) of Drown Royal.

I am soooo glad we don't have a video of LT in skivvies, with cope, with drown royal, with cats, doing anything, let alone fixing computers.

But I'm glad we get to see his cool knives.

Phil

Things that are floppy yes that could include a lot of things in my life experience. Good old Cope just a pinch between the cheek and gum.

I will tell ya woofer the technique to post from another site especially the one I use takes about 3 minutes of I care enough to try to do this, energy and effort. LT PS True Phil I do not even like to see myself in Skivvys. PPS I would say the sucessful exchanging of the Floppy drive thingy pushed my threshold of mechanical acument , ability, and luck to its farthest extreme. This means it should be cake for anyone else above the age of 6.
