14K Lookalike

I've seen this CRKT knife that looks almost identical to the 14K series of knives except the corners are squared. Is this a knockoff or a complete separate model?

That's the truth! When this year's CRKT new releases came out, the 2 that caught my eye were Liong Mah's spork and Allen Elishewitz's pen.
