Here is a very decent one pound 15 inch Sirupati that had to be made by a visiting kami or one of the new mystery kamis. It is a well done, solid, khukuri that has just a couple of things that keep it from going into the perfect category. The bolster is not quite symetrical, the cho could be done better and there is a hairline crack (actually I think it is a grain line) on the handle that I don't think is ever going anywhere. Outside of this it is very good khukuri -- solid, nicely hardened, very interesting karda (small crack -- maybe 1 cent worth of epoxy) and chakma. Sarkis were sober for a change and got a very good do on scabbard and frog. Overall give the knife a 9.5.

No mark -- take off $25. Bolster and cho take off another $15.

This 15 inch Sirupati will go for $60 with full guarantee and we will pay shipping.

Call or email if interested.
