i know a lot of people do ham for Christmas dinner but my family has always done beef tenderloin. and today i ordered 15 pounds of that most tasty of all cow products. my mouth is starting to water just thinking about cooking it for Christmas dinner! found a great new recipe that involves rubbing down a center cut tenderloin with rendered bacon fat!!!!! ooooooooooooooooh i cant wait! its gonna be amazing. plus the fact that our local meat market has the price cut down to under 6 bucks a pound makes it even more delicious!
