On June 14th I hit 15 years on BFC. That's a long time!

I didn't even know about forums 15 years ago. That revelation came around 2004-2005 after I read a magazine article. The mid-90's or about 486 time is when I finally got on line at home. Keep on clicking.

I was reading knife magazines when Bladeforums was getting started. I found an ad for an online knife store, Chai Cutlery, run by James Mattis. Reading through his website, I saw he was a moderator on Bladeforums, and checked it out.

Trapped!

You joined when you were only 10? Congrats! You might want to have an adult beverage assuming you are old enough.

Wow... we're the dinosaurs.

... WOW ... you were here when Al Gore "invented the Internet"?!?!? Congratulations!!!

Congrats on 15! I remember realizing how much I didn't know, when I first came here. It's amazing how much I STILL don't know!

Ahhh, good ol' Chai Guy... I miss him. And all the other BFC Chat regulars. Kit, Pff, PhilL, Timmy.

Man, I've been through a buttload of knives since I started.

Congrats. That is a long time to remember a sign on name and password!

I know, right?! In a few more years I'll have to actually write it down....if I remember to write it down....and by that time I'll forget what I needed to write down.

Nice Ken, seems like only yesterday we were talking sheaths !

The internet has been going on for awhile now, yet it seems only like yesterday when we had to share multi party lines and lick stamps.
