I don't get it, both this thread and the thread it was linked to in GBU showed up in my feed. Is there any new information to add?

FWIW, even though the thread was closed (Mods perogative) it's a pretty good all encompassing summary of what Survive the company is and what they are dealing with day to day with people frustrated with them and their business practices. Adding another thread to link to another thread saying the same thing won't change that.

Why?

You saw that the OP was taken care of on page 4 out of 18, right? The thread was left open for another month after the OP got his desired outcome. Some others got refunds taken care of in the same thread, but they just as easily could have started their own thread. A small percentage of posts in that thread were actually from people trying to refunds.

Any concerns from customers should be voiced and addressed, but there's a lot of noise that isn't helping anyone.
