154 CM blade mod for Wave

Does anyone knows where to find a Leatherman 154 CM blade to change my old 420HC wave blade? I know that can be done but, I cannot find anywhere a place to buy this kind of blade.

Look for a beat up charge tti on an internet auction site for cheap? I don't know if they're the same sized blades though.

I checked the bay for those blades but, nothing...
LM do make blades even in damascus, I wonder if they make spare parts.

Charge TTi's blade is made out of S30V. Only the older LM Charge XTi/Ti and the newer Charge ALX/AL have the 154CM blades.
