16" AK blem by Kesar. Pix and $50 savings.

Here is a 16 inch, 1.5 pound Ang Khola made and marked by Kesar. Everything about this khukuri is very good except it has cosmetic flaws. Some very minor rust damage which can be worked out in maybe 30 minutes and a tiny fold line that keeps the blade from being perfect. The khukuri will go with full HI guarantee.

Karda and chakma are good and about 6.25 inches.

Scabbard is excellently made and tooled by sarki with no name. One of his best efforts to date. And the frog is the 100 year HI superfrog.

Use a dollars worth of sandpaper and spend 30 minutes on the blade and you will have an AK that looks good and will last as long as the HI superfrog.

We will deliver this rig to your door for $75 which is $50 off regular. And this is the last 15(?) inch AK we have until our next shipment.

To think of the extra cost and risk at customs, HI blems that Uncle offers as bargain is not very attractive to me.
But this time it's too good not to post. A longer handle than usual AK seems to have a perfect balance! Sorry for runbling over a khukuri already gone, but I just couldn't help.

FWIW,
this is going to my dad as a birthday present after i clean up whatever cosmetic flaws I can. He really liked my 18" AK, but thought it was a little heavy for his liking. This one should do just right. I only hope that I don't end up liking it too much to box up for him

I just got it in the mail, and can't find any of the problems you described. Are you sure you sent me the right one??

Aside from a white streak along the spine side of the handle, this is a nice looking AK. My dad will be very very happy I think.
