Game 5 of the NBA Championship is tomorrow!!

Rules:
*You have to have already posted at least 20 times in the Kershaw Sub-Forum
*No Internationals
*1 guess, and one guess only
*Don't screw up, and don't pick the same number as the poster in front of you.
*You have to have your guess in prior to tip off.
*Anyone breaking one or more of the rules gets a dose of "family" hazing.
*If you have won a contest prior you still get a guess

Contest:
What will be the combined total score of both teams at the final buzzer? Example; L.A 100 BOS 101 = 201 total points Closest guess to the combined point total wins. *Tiebreaker goes to the one who does not go over the final total*

Follow your guess with an area or category you would like to see Kershaw Knives concentrate more on in the near future If you forget this part, you're eliminated from the contest.

Good luck kiddies!!!

AARRGGHH! Alright, I've guessed too low AND too high...this time I'm going with 195.

I think what Kershaw should focus on is building great, low cost (well, good value at least) knives with sprint runs, as opposed to just super high end folders, like you're doing now with many models. This allows people with smaller budgets to get great, high quality stuff while still allowing people to splurge on super high end steels.

Thanks for the contest, Thomas!

Total = 197

IMO, I'd like to see Kershaw develop a more politically correct line of folders, that are still high tech with superior steels. Not getting into politics or right and wrong but I see a need for these type knives more and more as time goes by.

Thanks Coach. Joe

190
would love kershaw to concentrate on variations of production knives that are production runs in and of themselves. like all the variations of the leek. basically i want to be able to EDC all the variations of knives i love without feeling like i have to make safe queens out of them. does that make sense?

Going with 201, and more and more of the ZT line is what I say concentrate on! But whatever Kershaw does concentrate on will be fine with me!:D

I'll guess 208, would like Kershaw to keep with the limited runs made of premium materials.

I'm sticking with 212...:D

We've got the 3 ZT fixed-blades, which are great knives along with a number of Kershaw models that have been around for awhile and are pretty utilitarian, but some new Kershaw fixed-blades (with Onion but also other designer influences) would be nice...;)

Thanks Thomas and Kershaw!

Beautiful blade! Thanks for the contest TGG, but I think I'll sit this one out. Good luck guys!

205
I would like to see some kershaw fixed blades geared towards bushcrafting.
Thanks for the contest!

I'll try 187 again, one day it will work!

I would like to see more flippers, though it appears there has been some effort there lately already. For a new area, I would like to see a couple of fixed blades from some of the designers on board, there are not too many available form Kershaw compared for all the folders.

my guess is 181
I would like to see Kershawdo more of the different blades finishes like the rainbow and the boron coated blades.

I'll sit this one out and give someone else a shot at a first.

I wanna see that CPM-S110V make it's way to some CB's.
Like the RAM.
;)

I'll try 192.

I'd like to see some more working knives (rigging knife, etc.) And how about those tactical nail clippers.

Thanks again Thomas, and Happy Father's Day!
