I was wondering if there ever was a Bass leek? Stumbled across this picture on a sellers site. It is labeled as a Scallion but it looks like a Leek even though it's not an actual picture. I know there is a trout leek so this got me wondering. Thanks guys

I'm not sure what that is. It looks like a Leek blade in a Sapphire handle. Or it's bad chop of Leek and a Scallion handle that isn't to scale. Either way...what you pictured isn't a real knife.

To answer your question, there was a Leek and a Scallion with a "Trout Scene" on the handle. They came in 2006 I believe.

I've have also seen Scallions with the same handle you have pictured. I don't think many were made. There could be some Leeks out there with that handle graphic but I've never seen one.

Yeah, pretty sure they only have an actual Scallion with that image.

Were you seeing that image on knifeworks?

What a shame. I'd love a Leek with the bass on it. Scallion is a bit too small for my likings. I saw it on handtools I believe.

You might look in to having a custom or customized scale made. If you look on the big auction site you'll see lots of Leeks with customized handle designs. You could always contact them and ask what they can do for you. There are Leeks there now with a Koi designs.
