Currently over here it is celebrated that we were liberated 80 years ago. I live along, what was called back then, hell’s highway. It’s a week with all kind of activities, and basecamp is nearby. And of course we visited basecamp.
Now I learned about Microtech only a few months ago, but they have quite a recognizable logo. At this basecamp I came across this:
I did some research and found out the 17th airborne division did not participate in operation market garden, hence I didn’t notice it before. We see mostly patches of the 101st airborne division.
