making my bi-monthly purchase :D

I've been looking at the Sage II, Domino (Wal-mart has the best prices on spydercos I have ever found lol), Combative edge M1 ($120 sale), Brous bionic, or maybe just a whole bunch of bargain kershaws :) Been looking into the Kizers and some of them look pretty awesome, only heard good things about them so far also.

The Domino and the Brous are kinda up there in price. I've heard some negatives about the Bionic but only great things about the Domino...Sage II is just sexy, but so is a Manix 2 and some random kershaw bargains...Life is hard :(

Kinda leaning towards the sage II but idk it's just a tad small for me, haven't actually been able to handle one.

Manix 2 and a few of those Emerson Kershaws. For no reason in particular.

I doubt you could go wrong with any of those choices. I just got my first Kizer and like enough that I just ordered another.

At that number, I would look at the 770 CF from ZT and if you like flippers definitely and ZT 801, both can be had for slightly less than you budget. I have both, and if I had to give one up it definitely WOULDN'T be the 801's that I have.

The 801 is on my list but I just bought the 556 and feel weird buying 2 ZTs in a row. Just this weird thing I have about buying the same brand twice in a row v0v

I collect Blurs and ZT's and dont feel weird buying them one after another but I realize its a sickness and just roll with it

Gotta agree about the 0560 blackwash.

On the other hand, I have a Brous Bionic, and the reviews had it correct. It is vastly overpriced for what it is. Now, I happen to like D2 flippers, so I'm modestly happy with it, but it really is entirely too expensive for what it is. My Benchmade Bone Collector also has a D2 blade, though it isn't a flipper, and I'm much happier with it.

Speaking of which, it's below your $180 price point, so you might want to give it a look. Based on the Rift, I think. The walnut handle is awesome!

Those are pretty different knives, in size, opening method, steel, lock type, handle material etc.
Maybe focus on on of the feartures you /need the most/like best and make a decision based on that?

So I think I am going to get either the ZT 560bw or the 561. I like the look of the 561 a little more but was thinking that the bw might have better resale if it ever comes to that...

If you like spydercos I'd go with one of the classic combos. Endura/Delica, Manix2/Sage(any version of both). The ergos are the same with each pairing and each can flex into pretty much any task you could imagine.
