.187" carbon fiber source

I've been looking for a source/supplier that sells carbon fiber in 3/16" thickness with the thatch pattern going all the way through. Halpern Ti has it but only in giant 6' sheets for $2300. (ee-gads!)

Anyone know of a source that sells this thickness with it being affordable for the average "joe knife-maker?"
