First you need to have a host for your picture, unless you upgrade to a Gold membership--in which case Spark and BF will host the pic.

There are number of free sites out there, but beware! Some of them won't allow you to link outside of their website for pics (ImageStation & Webshots).

Right click on everyone else's pic and choose 'Properties'. This will tell you their hosting site. There are a bunch to look for.

If all else fails, send the pic to me--I'll host it, and send you a link for your post.

If there is a picture of it on Tom's site, you can just link to that.

Just a suggestion. You might first reduce those pics from the 800x600 that you stated. If the pics are to big, then it causes the dreaded scrolling screen and are not handy to view. Shrink them to maybe 400 or 500 wide.
