I picked up this fun little number from SMKW back in the late 80's. I think I paid $30. I put a rough edge on it with a file and used it to knock down unwanted saplings around the yard. Now days I keep it handy by the door for greeting unwanted visitors.
It's just over a century old now, and I think it's due for a little TLC. Who would you recommend as a maker who would be willing to put some new grip scales on it, regrind the blade with a nice convex edge, and refresh the finish on the rest of it?
Thanks!
