The last payment I have from you is back in 2021; the email associated with this profile doesn't show anywhere in our payment system. Can you give me more information?
 
Can you show you control both accounts? I need that to merge them. The receipt for the 6/1 payment didn't come throuhg, I had to manually find it, which is why it was missed (sigh)
