I have a pic. of this knife in another post but not alone, wanted to get opinions on it hopefully to answer is it legit or pieces from end of times? It was purchased at an estate auction by me there were 4-5 hundred knives and only 5 or 6 Schrade,s I now own 3 all NIB 77OT,194H and, 194OTO thanks for the help,I have worked the archives but to no avail.

It could have been a sfo for a company or something hopefully one of the experts can help us here!!! Its not a fake either way I mean its a usa schrade and its one that I wish I had thoes handles are cool!!! If it were end of days that wouldnt explain the box with the oto I wouldnt think but. The box may make it legit. But I cannot tell ya that for sure.- Joel

I can tell you that I bought one from SMKW in August 2004. I don't know if they were an exclusive. Hope this helps.

it's a guess, but the final "O" in 194OTO is for orange, color of handles. the tang stamp is the same as all the other Schrade LTDs i have seen, so i think it a "real" Schrade. roland

SMKW had a SFO for a bunch of these Orange handled knives..
I've been calling them ugly for at least 5 years.
There are a few threads about it.

Thanks for the replys folks now more ?'s dlk is your knife the same 194? I read the posts in the archives (comlete seach buy going oto). lrv in those articles there is no mention of the 194 pattern? Just trying to get a gauge how scarce (unusual) this one might be NFS!! piece of my collection and my edification.:thumbup: Oh btw OK STATE Orange.
