1944 USMC large Bolo Knife - excellent condition

This is a Military Bolo from WWII that is 1/4 inch thick and over 16 inches long. The blade is massively wide and it is a monster. I have seen this same knife in similar condition going on ebay for over $275 and I have seen some in horrible condition going for $100.

I am selling this one for $165 shipped and insured, which considering how much it weighs is a great deal.

They're the original handles, original sheath and the only thing that had been done to the knife was rubbing it down with some polish to get rid of most of the light surface rust/crud when I first got it. I traded it to Dennis shortly after.

This thing's a good deal and a solid user. The whole edge is convex. It's a beast of a chopper whether you get it for collecting purposes or want to beat the heck out of it. I've got a pretty beat up one that I rehandled and reground the convex edge and it works quite well.
 
Paul, thanks for answering for me and sorry for the late response. It is a massive beast. The condition of this one is impressive for it being from 1944.
