I had two packages waiting for me when I returned late last night from a couple days out of town. Along with my rehandled Camillus jack, I also received this 1973 Case 6332 stockman.

Someone had recommended I look for one of these, since I really enjoy carrying and using my 1978 Case 6232 jack knife. I was surprised at the slight differences in these two 32 knives. The stockman, even though it has a third blade, is slightly thinner (1/16") than the jack. It is also longer than the jack by 1/8".

Here are some comparison shots, with the 6332 stockman on top, my other Case stockman (the delrin 6344 HE, also from 1978) on bottom, and the 6232 jack in the middle.

Nice Case knives Doug!!!

I'm a "Caseaholic" and have been since i was little. I do know that the same models they offered in the early 70's where a thinner frame versus the late 70's. Say a 6232 or a 6292 in the early 70's compared to the late 70's, like 1978 or later they got a little bit thicker. Thats why I'm a lush when it comes to early 70's Case knives and earlier:thumbup:
