I have a 1974 Schrade Grand Dad's Old Timer, that I got as a kid. It's been carried some, so the scales are scratched up, the brass is tarnished, and the backsprings are a bit tarnished. It's cut very little, and I don't think it's ever been sharpened.

Any idea what this might be worth?

Levine's 4th values it at $35 which seems to be about the same as the ebay rate right now. That is assuming you have the box and papers with it.

Your knife is used and is a 10 or 20 dollar knife max. Considering how long you have had it I am sure its real value is in its past that only you know.

Levines 4th is way out of date. however in this case pretty close mint with all the stuff it came with. LT

As the LT writes, your knife has much much more value as a sentiment from your youth than the small amount you'd get from selling it.
